International mobility

European and international volunteering

European volunteering allows young people to engage personally in activities at European level.

  • 18 to 30 years
  • 2 to 12 months
  • EU and neighboring countries of the EU
  • Being a citizen of the EU or having a valid residence permit until you return to France
    Not having previously participated in an EVS project of more than 2 months
    No prerequisites for skills and experiences
    Every year, 60 volunteers go to Europe to do their volunteer work.

The activities take place within associations or local communities in the following fields: art and culture, social, environment and heritage protection, media and youth information, fight against exclusion, racism and xenophobia, health, economy solidarity, sport, cultural diversity, future of Europe, migration, etc.

The objectives are:

  • Develop solidarity and promote tolerance among young people, particularly with a view to strengthening social cohesion in the European Union;
  • Develop personal and professional skills;
  • Promote common European values.

International Civic Service

ADICE has a license under the Civic Service Commitment.

  • 18 to 25 years
  • 6 to 12 months
  • International
  • Be of French nationality, EU national or have one year of continuous regular residence in France.
    Every year, 50 volunteers travel around the world to carry out their project.

Civic service is a voluntary commitment in the service of the general interest at the international level. The activities take place within associations, administrations or communities in one of the nine areas recognized as priorities for the Nation: solidarity, education for all, environment, culture and recreation, sport, international development and humanitarian action, intervention crisis, health, memory and citizenship.

The objectives are:

  • To develop intercultural competences, capacities of interaction with other cultures, that of the host country but also those of the other volunteers;
  • Develop social skills, such as autonomy, confidence building, openness to others, ability to manage a budget autonomously, to evolve in a different social context;
  • Develop professional skills that can be mobilized upon return.

ADICE relies on its accreditation VSI (Volunteering International Solidarity) obtained from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs to send volunteers with relevant skills and experiences to partners in so-called developing countries and support them in their actions in areas such as environment, education, community building, health… In the coming years, ADICE wants to leverage this type of projects to allow more and more people with skills in essential areas for humanitarian aid to participate in volunteering projects.

    Junior: less than 5 years of experience
    Senior: more than 5 years of experience

Within the framework of the EU Aid Volunteers program, the ADICE coordinates volunteer deployment projects that aim to send experts to our partner organizations in various fields such as education, community development, risk prevention, environment, health …

All these volunteering projects are developed with accredited host organizations at the European Commission who have been able to identify their needs and those of their beneficiaries and thus perfectly define the profiles of volunteers they wish to host.

The objectives are:

  • Provide operational support and expertise to the host organization and its beneficiaries;
  • Share skills and knowledge to meet the real needs of local structures and communities;
  • Contribute to strengthening partner structures and the resilience of local communities.

The professional internship

ADICE is a sending organization that has obtained the Mobility Charter for Erasmus + vocational education and training.

  • From 18 years old
  • 3 to 10 months
  • EU countries and partner countries of the program
  • Every year, 40 people carry out a European professional internship with ADICE.
    To be looking for a job under the status of trainee in continuing vocational training.

The internship allows to acquire a professional experience in company or association in all fields: marketing, design, architecture, administration, social …

The objectives are:

  • To develop professional and social skills;
  • To progress in at least one foreign language;
  • To increase your employability;
  • To reinvigorate your job search with recent experience.

Mobility for young entrepreneurs

ADICE is an intermediary body of the Erasmus program for young entrepreneurs.

  • From 18 years old
  • 1 to 6 months
  • EU countries
  • To have a concrete project presented in a business plan or to have launched a business for less than 3 years.
    Reside permanently in one of the participating countries.

This program enables future European entrepreneurs to acquire the skills required to start and / or run a small business in Europe. The areas of specialization are: the social and solidarity economy, R&D, new technologies, training and consulting, renewable energies, etc.

The objectives are:

  • To successfully launch your own business or develop your new business;
  • To access new markets and establish international partnerships with companies located abroad.
