Before: preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance at the group information session (compulsory);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interview with an ADICE project officer to define the participant\u2019s profile, needs and objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project development phase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two-day pre-departure training in Roubaix (Hauts-de-France);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. During: mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly follow-up via email with ADICE to monitor the mobility placement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First mid-term review;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
