{"id":3923,"date":"2020-06-25T14:14:09","date_gmt":"2020-06-25T12:14:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adice.asso.fr\/?p=3923\/"},"modified":"2026-08-18T11:01:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T09:01:16","slug":"tehv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adice.asso.fr\/en\/actualites\/mobilite-internationale\/tehv\/","title":{"rendered":"TEHV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Capacity building project called \u201cTowards Effective Humanitarian Volunteering\u201d aims to reinforce the capacities of partners from South Caucasus region, Balkans, Middle East and different Regions of Asia in different fields linked to the humanitarian volunteering management.<\/p>\n<p>This project involves three EU partners from France, Czech Republic and Slovakia (ADICE, ADRA CZ, ADRA SK) and 7 partners from non-EU countries &#8211; Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Nepal, Cambodia, Lebanon, Serbia and North Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>The project has 2 specific objectives: 1- Obtaining certification and 2 &#8211; Building capacities of hosting organizations. EU partners will build 5 trainings focused on Safety and security, Needs assessment and principles of volunteer management, Communication, Visibility and Dissemination, Disaster risk reduction, Extended volunteer management. The first 2 trainings will be mainly linked to certification, the rest (3) will be dedicated to capacity building. These training sessions will be implemented in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Armenia, Nepal, and Cambodia\u00a0 to reinforce the expertise of the involved partners.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the training, the EU partners will provide mentoring activities, support in the elaboration of certification tools, they will conduct follow-up with their direct non-EU partners, all with an aim to\u00a0 improve the non-EU organizations volunteering management in humanitarian.
