Narrative game: an introduction to mental health

MINDMental HealthSanté MentaleYouth

As part of the Erasmus+ MIND project, an interactive digital tool has been created: the MIND narrative game. This online platform helps learners better understand their emotions, strengthen their mental well-being, and manage stress in daily life. Thanks to its narrative format, navigation becomes immersive — users make choices, follow storylines, and live a genuine interactive experience. The tool is available in six languages.

Main objectives

  • Encourage practices that promote mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Offer a playful and participatory format to enhance user engagement.
  • Explore four key topics: emotion, daily life, anxiety, and stress.
  • Help users discover simple self-management techniques through interactivity.

Tool description

The platform invites participants to travel through four thematic journeys, each addressing a core aspect of well-being:

Emotion: explore the range of emotions, identify their signs, and learn to name them.

Daily life: observe routines, understand their impact on mental health, and find ways to improve well-being.

Anxiety: recognize signs of tension and understand their causes.

Stress: identify stress factors and discover strategies to cope effectively.
