› A French organisation

Committed to inclusion and international engagement

Since its foundation in February 1999 in Roubaix (Hauts-de-France), the Association for the Development of Citizens’ and European Initiatives (ADICE) has been promoting equal opportunities by enabling everyone to gain experience abroad through various French and European mobility programmes.

Over the years, the association has drawn on this experience by joining and leading international cooperation projects. Its activities therefore fall within the field of international cooperation and mobility.

ADICE works to promote the social and professional advancement of people by enabling everyone to benefit from an international experience, taking into account each individual’s abilities and aspirations, with a view to advancement and by fostering a dynamic career path.

Developing skills

The support and mobility opportunities offered to participants are designed to foster the development of a range of skills: social skills, open-mindedness, independence and self-confidence; professional skills, such as teamwork, technical skills and language skills; and intercultural skills, such as discovering a new country and environment, embracing differences, and sharing experiences upon return.

Mobility as a means of accessing employment

Mobility is an opportunity for learning and personal development that enables you to broaden your horizons and acquire the skills needed to achieve your personal and professional goals
