European projects 03 June 2024

The "MENTOR" project on mentoring participants in international mobility is about to publish the first of its four planned tools. The aim of the study is to identify and assess the needs and expectations in terms of mentoring in Europe, and thus to raise awareness among youth organisations on the need to adopt and implement effective mentoring systems. To finalise the study, ADICE is looking for professionals to evaluate and test it.

The first tool in the MENTOR project will soon be ready for publication, once the test phase has been completed.

The study developed as part of the MENTOR project is part of a set of four teaching tools designed to enable youth organisations to implement an effective mentoring system within their own organisation.

With over 159 respondents from 5 different countries, the aim of the study was to identify the needs and expectations of mentors and mentees to highlight and develop best practices. The final product aims to support youth professionals in adopting them and develop an effective mentoring system in their organisation, whether in the field of international mobility or not.
