SYMPATIC: Mentor’s Kit to support young adults mobility and training for integration into companies

ADICE is a partner of Eurocircle, which is responsible for the Erasmus+ KA2 SYMPACTIC project. It aims to create a link between companies recruiting in the tourism sector in order to facilitate the integration of young people into the labour market at national level and abroad.

SYMPATIC addresses the problem of youth unemployment. The project also wants to promote youth mobility as an added value for their professional integration and the role of company mentors as a key contact person on whom young people can rely for advice and networking.
